High standards, high quality
High-carbon steel wires are precision-coiled and heat-treated to form individual pocket springs or interconnected spring systems, providing optimal support and durability.
Fabrics are jacquard-woven, printed, or embroidered as per design requirements, then precision-cut by CNC equipment with edges overlocked to prevent fraying.
Felt layers are overlaid on the spring unit and secured via professional stapling to enhance structural integrity and reduce friction noise.
The backing fabric is bonded to the base layer using eco-friendly adhesive, with pull-tabs or adjustable straps added for functional convenience.
A double-edge binding technique is applied to encase the back and middle edges, reinforcing side support and preventing filler displacement.
Layers of memory foam, latex, or high-density foam are laid sequentially, scientifically combined to optimize pressure relief and comfort.
The top fabric is precisely fitted over the comfort layer, with edges finished by seamless stitching or ultrasonic welding for aesthetics and ergonomic adaptation.
After multi-stage quality checks, mattresses are vacuum-packed with dust-proof film, assigned unique IDs, and stored for shipment.
